777td Terms & Conditions — Betting & Casino Platform

01 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 777td platform accessible at https://777td.bid ("the Platform", "777td", "we", "us", "our"). 777td is an online betting and live casino platform offering sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and specialty gaming products to eligible players.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you ("the Player", "User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with any additional rules, policies and guidelines published on 777td including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules referenced herein.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail. 777td reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of 777td following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To open and maintain a 777td account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 777td does not permit players under the age of 21 to register or use the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming activities in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. All accounts on 777td are personal and non-transferable.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or family member of a 777td employee or affiliated service provider.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 777td Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be listed on any governmental or regulatory self-exclusion register applicable to your jurisdiction.

777td reserves the right to request documentation at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account without obligation to refund any pending funds until the verification process is concluded satisfactorily.

03 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration

To use the 777td Platform, you must register a single personal account. You may hold only one account on 777td. The creation of duplicate, secondary or multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update any information that changes after registration.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777td account credentials including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 777td will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You must notify 777td support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 777td reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any security concern.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

777td is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents to a satisfactory standard:

• A clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back)
• A recent selfie holding your CNIC, showing both your face and the document clearly
• Proof of payment method ownership where required (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account in your name)
• Additional documentation as requested at 777td's sole discretion

KYC submissions are reviewed within 24–48 hours under normal circumstances. 777td reserves the right to extend this period in cases of high volume or where additional verification is required. Accounts with pending KYC verification may continue to play and deposit, but withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Methods

777td accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Debit and Credit Cards, and USDT cryptocurrency. 777td reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your 777td wallet immediately upon confirmed receipt. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited on the same business day. USDT deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations. Debit and credit card deposits are subject to the card issuer's approval process.

All deposits must be funded from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method is registered to a different person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.3 Minimum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, PKR 500 for bank transfers and debit/credit cards, and approximately PKR 2,000 equivalent for USDT. These minimums are subject to change and current minimums are displayed in the 777td cashier at the time of deposit.

4.4 Currency

All 777td accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PKR at the prevailing rate applied by 777td at the time of the transaction. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the rate applicable at the time the deposit is confirmed on the blockchain.

05 Withdrawals

5.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your 777td account are only available to fully KYC-verified account holders. You may only withdraw to a payment method that is registered in your own name and that matches the identity information on your 777td account. The withdrawal method must be the same as the deposit method used to fund the account where technically possible.

5.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 1–3 hours for verified accounts during normal business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–2 business days. All withdrawal processing times are targets and not guarantees; delays may occur during high-volume periods, public holidays or where additional security checks are required.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the 777td cashier and may vary by payment method and account verification status. 777td reserves the right to apply enhanced verification for withdrawals above certain thresholds.

5.4 Pending Wagering Requirements

Withdrawals will not be processed while bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding on your account. The real-money balance that is in excess of any locked bonus balance may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the verification requirements set out above.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the 777td Platform are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms.

6.2 Eligibility

Bonus offers are available only to eligible 777td account holders meeting any criteria specified in the promotion. Unless stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available to new players only (one per person, per household address, per shared device and per payment method). 777td reserves the right to verify that a player qualifies for a bonus before granting it and to withhold or withdraw bonuses found to have been claimed by ineligible players.

6.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your 777td account are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in its specific terms. Unless otherwise specified:

• Slot games contribute 100% toward wagering requirements
• Live casino games (blackjack, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti) contribute 10%
• Sports betting wagers contribute 100% for settled single bets at odds of 1.80 or greater
• In-play accumulator bets may be excluded from bonus wagering at 777td's discretion

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire within 30 days of being credited to your account unless a different period is specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated pending winnings are forfeited automatically.

6.5 Abuse

777td reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any winnings derived from a bonus, and close the account of any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using bonus funds to place opposing bets (arbitrage) to guarantee profit regardless of outcome; and exploiting technical errors or promotional miscommunications in bad faith.

07 Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

Bets placed on 777td are binding once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including event, market, selection and stake — before confirming the bet. 777td will not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where an obvious pricing error has occurred at 777td's sole determination.

7.2 Odds

All odds displayed on the 777td sportsbook are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds at which your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. 777td reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors; in such cases affected bets will be void and stakes returned to the player's 777td wallet.

7.3 Event Cancellations and Voids

If an event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For events suspended mid-play, 777td's settlement rules specific to each sport will apply.

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting is available on selected events. 777td may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted during a temporary suspension are binding if confirmed by the system before the suspension takes effect. In-play bets are subject to additional delay and acceptance conditions described in the sport-specific rules published on the Platform.

7.5 Maximum Winnings

Maximum winnings per bet and per day apply across 777td's sportsbook and are displayed in the individual market or in the betting rules section of the Platform. 777td reserves the right to limit the stake or winnings of any player for any reason, including but not limited to, risk management and promotional eligibility concerns.

08 Casino & Game Rules

8.1 Game Availability

777td Casino offers live dealer games and RNG-powered table and slot games. Game availability may vary and 777td reserves the right to add, modify or remove any game from the Platform at any time. Players should review the specific rules of each game prior to placing a wager.

8.2 RNG and Fairness

All RNG-based games available on 777td use certified random number generation systems that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed in the game information panel. Actual results will vary from the theoretical RTP over any individual session.

8.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are hosted by third-party certified studio providers. All live dealer sessions are recorded. In the event of a technical disconnect during a live game round, the result of that round will be determined by the recording of the session as confirmed by the live dealer studio. 777td is not liable for disconnections caused by your internet connection.

8.4 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error or software fault that affects the outcome of a game, 777td reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the stake to the player's 777td wallet. Winnings from a malfunctioned game round will not be honoured regardless of the displayed result.

09 Responsible Gaming

777td is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately when set.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the maximum amount you can lose in a session or over a defined period.
• Session Reminders: On-screen notifications at set time intervals to encourage regular breaks.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from the 777td Platform, processed immediately upon request with no cooling-off period.
• Reality Checks: Regular in-session reminders of the time spent playing and net win/loss position.

777td requires all players to be 21 years of age or older and verifies age through mandatory CNIC-based KYC. 10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777td Platform. A breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all pending funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access game outcomes, or interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human play
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the 777td Platform or any third-party game provider's software
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, casino games or sportsbook markets
• Fraud, money laundering or any attempt to use the Platform to conceal the origin of funds
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC
• Using a VPN, proxy or other technology to mask your location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions
• Opening multiple accounts whether in your own name or using third-party identities
• Any action that constitutes match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of manipulation of a sporting event on which bets are placed
• Threatening, abusing, harassing or using offensive language toward any 777td employee or other platform user

777td cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in relation to any suspected illegal activity on the Platform. 777td reserves the right to freeze account funds during any investigation and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777td Platform — including but not limited to the 777td brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game titles, promotional materials, and any other works — is the intellectual property of 777td or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777td Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on the Platform without the prior written consent of 777td.

Game content displayed on 777td is provided under licence from third-party game developers and studios. All intellectual property rights in such games remain with their respective owners. Any unauthorised use of such content is prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777td shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform
• Technical failures, including server outages, game disconnections or payment processing delays that are beyond 777td's reasonable control
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials
• Losses arising from your gambling decisions, betting choices or gaming outcomes

777td's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 777td account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 777td's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13 Account Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your 777td account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, you should withdraw any available balance. Accounts with pending bonus wagering requirements at the time of closure will have bonus funds forfeited; real-money balances above any applicable minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method.

13.2 Termination by 777td

777td reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct
• You have breached any provision of these Terms
• Your account has been dormant (no login, deposit or wager activity) for a continuous period of 12 months
• You have failed KYC verification requirements
• You request self-exclusion under the responsible gaming provisions

Where 777td closes an account for reasons other than prohibited conduct or fraud, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your most recently used payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

14 Disputes & Complaints

If you have a dispute or complaint regarding the 777td Platform, you must submit your complaint to our support team in writing at [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.

777td will acknowledge all written complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a final response within 14 business days. Complex complaints may require additional time, and 777td will notify you of any extension with an explanation of the reason for the delay.

If you are not satisfied with 777td's final response to your complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body applicable under the Platform's licensing framework. The decision of the relevant resolution body will be final and binding on both parties.

15 Changes to These Terms

777td reserves the right to modify, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, 777td will notify registered players via email to their registered email address and/or via a notice on the Platform's login screen. Minor changes may be made without specific notification.

The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this document. Your continued use of the 777td Platform after the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 13.1.
